    Job Responsibility

    • Financial Analysis and Planning:
    • Developing and managing financial models to forecast business performance.
    • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess financial health, and provide recommendations on potential financial decisions.
    • Preparing budgets, financial reports, and statements which are essential for strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Investment Decision Support:
    • Evaluating potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
    • Performing due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring to ensure that any potential investment is aligned with the companyâs strategic goals.

    Job Requirements

    Job Description

    • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for investment banking transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance deals.
    • Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
    • Execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including conducting industry research, identifying potential targets, and performing financial analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and develop comprehensive business cases.
    • Provide support in structuring and negotiating financing arrangements for corporate clients, including debt and equity offerings.
    • Analyze business banking portfolios and provide insights to optimize risk management and profitability.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform investment strategies and business decisions.
    • Assist in the preparation of tax strategies and compliance efforts for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and optimizing tax efficiency.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and clients, summarizing financial analysis, investment recommendations, and strategic insights.
    • Participate in meetings and presentations with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to discuss financial strategies and opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, business banking, or related financial roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
    • Excellent understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes, including deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
    • Knowledge of taxation principles and regulations, with the ability to provide strategic tax advice and support.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
