    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Recruitment managers communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational goals.
    • Search for potential candidates using social media and company databases.
    • Evaluate resumes and applications. ⢠Leading the recruitment process and team of recruitment consultants
    • Sourcing new employees, coordinating interviews and negotiating contracts with recruits
    • Leading recruitment advertising campaigns to raise awareness of potential jobs
    • Controlling applications received for each job advert and selecting which applicants are suitable
    • Writing reports on recruitment activity, such as advertising costs and hiring manager timescales for completion
    • Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening).
    • Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice.
    • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.
    • Apply cold calling to potential candidates that have been targeted.
    • Research on social media to reach more potential candidates.
    • Source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates from various platforms such as Job Street, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
    • Interview coordination between client and candidate.
    • Collecting interview feedback with candidates and clients after the interview is done.
    • Follow up closely with candidates on their interest level after the interview as well as provide professional consultation on their career opportunity.
    • Follow up with the candidates who successfully placed until their guarantee period ends.
    • Key Account Management / Client Relationship Management - Maintain strong rapport with existing and new clients
    • Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and solve issues affecting recruiting processes.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management or related field.
    • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
    • Good talent search and sourcing skills in social media platforms, job portals, LinkedIn
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent management and leadership skills.
    • Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
    • Effective communication skills
