    Description

    Japanese/Korean Digital Marketing & Sales Representatives

    Remuneration: MYR 8,500 -12,000 (Basic) + Sales Incentive

    Working hour: Mon - Fri (9:00-18:00)

    Location: Kuala Lumpur

    Responsibilities

    .Proactively contact new and existing customers through phone calls and emails on a daily

    .basis to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their business

    .goals.

    .Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, focusing on

    .revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

    .Acquire new advertisers within the SMB market segment, expanding the customer base.

    .Offer pre and post-sales support for all products, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    .Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' experience, promote higher product

    .adoption, and drive increased spending.

    .Develop expertise in all Facebook advertising solutions, including Instagram, and

    .effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

    .Analyze market trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients, offering

    .innovative solutions.

    .Collaborate with engineering teams by providing valuable product insights and customer

    .feedback.

    Requirements:

    .Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    .Proven experience in sales and digital marketing.

    .B2B online sales experience is essential.

    .Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).

    .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    .Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    .Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.

    .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    .Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
