    Description

    Home to some of Kuala Lumpur's most loved bakeries, restaurants and cafes, Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is all about food that is good for the soul alongside legendary service with 19 physical outlets across 10 brands.

    The expansion for HQ team is also undergoing, hence, we are looking for a dynamic, keen to learn, meticulous individual who is able to assist the Sales & Events team. He/she will oversee the entire process of assisting the clients with the products, queries, orders and delivery. He/she will also be involved with helping the team in preparing for the events. The daily task will be heavily on data entry and administrative work including preparing order form and invoices.

    Responsibilities included but not limited to;

    · Reply to customer's inquiries and send out quotations

    · Prepare invoices and send them to customers

    · Update Sales Data and necessary filing of invoices, and remittance advice, both hard and soft copy

    · Follow up on payment with customers

    · Prepare and send order forms to the bakery and hot kitchen departments

    · Print out product description stickers for cake boxes and eating directions for pastry boxes

    · Collect returning invoicing from customers and ensure it is filed appropriately

    · Follow up with customers on receiving PO and ensure it is filed appropriately

    · Help with external onsite events (pre and post-event work and on the event day itself)

    Who we are looking for

    · Strong written & verbal communication skills in English & Malay

    · Be able to travel (own transportation is preferred)

    · Have an eye for detail & meticulousness

    · Computer & number literate

    · Good financial acumen

    · Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply

    · Expected to work on weekends based on business needs

    · International Business students are preferred

    · Have at least 1 year of experience in Excel
