    Job Responsibility

    • Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Proton's objectives and promote our vehicle models.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales targets and brand positioning.
    • Product Launches and Promotions:
    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating events, press releases, and advertising campaigns.
    • Develop and manage marketing promotions and initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze market data and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
    • Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website management, and online advertising.
    • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, optimizing strategies for effectiveness.
    • Brand Management:
    • Manage and enhance the Proton brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards.
    • Budget Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and reporting on expenses.
    • Make recommendations for budget allocation and cost-saving measures.
    • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Coach and mentor team members, encouraging their professional growth.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the automotive industry preferred.
