    Description

    Job Description Summary

    Providing the Accounts Receivable, Account Payable and Cash Management transaction processing support with established processes and work procedures at the same time compliance with company/ legal policies and statutory requirements. Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and targets.

    Functional Tasks:

    Account Receivable:

    • To perform Accounts Receivable invoice, collections and day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
    • Report on overdue invoices, initiate the dunning process and generate reminders for overdue accounts, and provide for bad debts.
    • Monitor and reconcile direct bank credits.
    • Prepare customer statement of accounts.
    • Process collections from customers, process debit and credit notes and process refunds and rebates.
    • Ensure all transactions should be processed i.e. entered into Sage 300 or rejected according to the established process and procedures.
    • Coordinate and ensure month end activities related to AR is executed on timely basis.
    • Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
    • Respond to CSC communication channels e.g. email and assigned Helpdesk tickets promptly.
    • Resolve customer and Business Groups queries related to statement of accounts, invoices and collections information on a timely basis.

    Account Payable:

    • Perform accounts payable invoice and day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
    • Process vendor and inter-company invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
    • Process recurring payment documents.
    • Process month end activities e.g. reporting and GR/IR reconciliation.
    • To accurately process all Accounts Payable transactions within the given time frame.
    • All transactions should be processed i.e. entered into Sage 300 or rejected according to the established process and procedures.
    • Create and maintain vendor master data information.
    • Process and update electronic and manual payment transactions in system.
    • Execute payment run as per agreed schedule.
    • Collaborating with internal teams and business group for final amount to be paid and payment authorization.

    Cash Management:

    • To perform Cash Management day-to-day and bank statement transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
    • Prepare periodic cash position report and timely submit it to corporate.
    • Ensure all Cash Management related transactions are timely and accurately processed in the Sage 300 e.g. import of the bank statement, review & post of trade tickets, evaluation of accrued FX derivatives/ interest income & expenses and so on.
    • Perform settlement of bank clearing accounts for the relevant bank transactions and monitor bank trade accounts in Sage300 and ensure it reconciles with bank statement.
    • Reconcile bank statements and provide the deviation details to the responsible parties to ensure an appropriate follow up.
    • General monthly Cash Management reports in accordance with the Business Group management and requirements.

    To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

    • A degree in the related job field.
    • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in Account Receivable, Account Payable and Cash Management or a similar role will have an advantage.
    • Must have experience using Sage 300 or ACCPAC system.
    • Willing to travel and relocate to the job location.
