    Role

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Candidate need to understand customer needs and requirements. Happy customers.
    • This role is to oversee warehouse operational quality and services – put away accuracy, picking accuracy, product quality.
    • Setup, review, and establish standard operating procedures on quality checks on warehouse throughput activity and processes. Implements and directs quality control for all operational areas.
    • Coordinate with the DC Operations team to identify process correction to eliminate deviation from quality standards.
    • Establishes and maintains a record keeping system for all DC operations regarding volume, damages, safety incidents, productivity, etc.
    • Inspect final output and review for compliance.
    • Approve the right products or reject defectives.
    • Keep accurate documentation.
    • Submit detailed Quality Checks reports to appropriate Manager.
    • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures for Quality Checks.
    • Coordinate all corrective action report.
    Job Requirements
    1.Proven experience in Quality Checking of a distribution center.
    2.Good communication skills.
    3.Good organization skills.
    4.Proficient in MS Office.
    5.Ability to work under pressure.
    6.Must be a self-starter and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    7.In depth understanding of quality control procedures.
    8.Continuous improvement mindset.
    9.Problem solving skills.
    10.Team work.
