    Description

    ResponsibilitiesTo check and ensure all the M&E system are in good running conditionsPerform safety inspection on general facilitiesWork directly with operators/tenants and team members for basic diagnose, assess and repair maintenance needsMust be proactive and hands on, to provide technical knowledge, support and supervise and assist technician to trouble shoot, repair, improve and maintain the facilities.

    RequirementsAt least a professional certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
    Hands-on experience in managing equipment and facilities.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    An analytical disposition, mature, energetic, a self starter, independent, pleasant personality and with integrity.
    Able to perform shift work and weekends.
