    Description
    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Manages reception and front desk duties including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, etc.
    • Liaises with external vendors on office supplies and building management/contractors on office premises.
    • Maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents pertaining to office premises and equipment.
    • Monitors stationery and panty supplies.
    • Performs checks on employee expense claims and incoming invoices for office premises / equipment prior to payment.
    • Supports local travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
    • Performs routine clerical/administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements And Qualifications
