    We are currently recruiting Sales Team Leaders for our Asia Pacific markets division. The role will involve leading a sales team in acquiring participants to enroll in our wide range of technical and management courses for the energy sector.

    This position also offers great career advancement opportunities for experienced sales and business development professionals from the conference or corporate training sector. If you have experience in selling B2B training solutions in other industries, you are also encouraged to apply.

    Work Location: Hybrid - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

    Job role:

    • Set and monitor sales targets and metrics for individual telesales reps and the team overall
    • Coach and motivate telesales team to maximize sales performance
    • Develop compelling sales scripts and pitch approaches to promote our public courses
    • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve results
    • Oversee lead generation and qualifying processes to build sales pipeline
    • Provide ongoing training on objection handling, closing techniques, and product knowledge
    • Monitor marketplace to stay updated on competitors and industry trends
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
    • Recruit and hire top sales talent as needed

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in a telesales management role, preferably selling training courses
    • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate telesales teams
    • Excellent phone presence and ability to deliver enthusiastic sales presentations
    • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach
    • Outstanding communication, leadership, and motivational qualities
    • Persistent follow-up and commitment to exceeding goals
