    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Prepares and checks invoices and statement of account.
    • Reviews and analyzes customers, suppliers and stocks aging reports.
    • Handles banking matters, including bank reconciliation.
    • Prepare and monitor daily cash flow position
    • Data entry on new stocks

    Job Requirements

    • 1 years & above of working experience in related field is required.
    • Proficient in MS Office Excel
    • Familiar with AutoCount system will be an added advantage
    • Willing to work 5 1/2 days.
