    Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts under the Petrol Marts and Convenience Channels.
  • Create and run strategic account plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to develop tailored solutions and initiatives for key accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address obstacles.
  • Deconstruct market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.

    Job Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector
  • Added advantage if possess experience in managing Petrol Marts and Convenience Stores.
