    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Coordinate the M&E works for building construction and ID fit out work
    • Liase with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors to coordinate the site operation to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.
    • Assisting in tender costing and tender documentation.
    • Assisting in progress claims, variation orders and project cost control.
    • Others ac-hoc task may required by the superior.

    Job Requirements

    • 3-5 year(s) of working experience in building construction field.
    • SPM, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
    • Good Interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact well with all levels
    • Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
    • Working experience in ID fit-out work of retail shop will be added advantage.
