This SE will focus, review and manage ESG and Sustainability aspects related to the Urban Planning & Landscape Design for Silicon Island Masterplan. He/she must be knowledgeable in Low Carbon Design & Policies, ESG, UNSDG & implementation, Biodiversity application, Placemaking and Activation
Key Responsibilities1. Responsible to focus, review and manage ESG and Sustainability aspects and federal policies & legislation related to the Urban Planning & Design for Silicon Island
2. In charge of Landscape Masterplan, Urban Design Policy & Smart City applications
3. Knowledgeable in Low Carbon Design & Policies, ESG, UNSDG & implementation, Biodiversity application, Placemaking and Activation
4. To manage the overall coordination of master plan design & scope with all stakeholders : Consultants, internal departments and government agencies
5. To monitor & manage the submission & approval processes to be on timely manner
6. Able to manage and troubleshoot issues and find solution to project/ design processes or approval issues
7. Able to coordinate and manage the project communication with all stakeholders
8. Coordinate the plot development and infrastructure interface with internal and external stakeholders
9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
10. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company

Profile description:Silicon Island Development Sdn Bhd (SIDSB) is a joint venture made up of the Penang Government's special purpose vehicle Penang Infrastructure Corporation (PIC) and the project delivery partner SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd (SRS). SIDSB's role as project developer (PD) includes hiring and maintaining an adequately staffed and competent and skilled project team to fulfil its obligations in the Project Development Agreement, which is the reclamation and development of Island A.
