    A growing property developer with an energetic and vibrant working environment working on multiple projects is seeking for a Brand and Marketing Executive to join the team.

    about the job

    1. Strategies and implement marketing initiatives tailored to diverse property ventures encompassing residential, commercial, and mixed-use undertakings.
    2. Manage the conceptualisation and creation process of print collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and signs, aimed at bolstering property sales endeavours.
    3. Coordinate the planning and execution of property launch events, open houses, and exhibitions aimed at broadening the exposure of the company's projects to a wider audience.
    4. Manage company's social media presence on various platforms.
    5. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and share relevant content to build a strong online community.
    6. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach potential buyers.
    7. Generate leads through various marketing channels and campaigns. skills and requirements
    8. Diploma/ degree holder in marketing/ communication or similar qualification
    9. 2 years of working experience in property industry or similar exposure
    10. Good communication and interpersonal skills
    11. Possess own transportation& willing to travel
