    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Safety And Supervision

    • Actively supervise children throughout the play area, enforcing safety rules and intervening in potential conflicts.
    • Monitor play equipment for any hazards and report any maintenance needs.
    • Respond to emergencies by administering first aid (if certified) and contacting help when necessary.
    • Ensure proper hygiene by sanitising equipment and common areas regularly.

    Customer Service

    • Greet and welcome children and their guardians, creating a positive first impression.
    • Answer questions and provide information about the playground facilities and policies.
    • Assist parents with any needs they may have, such as helping children adjust or locating restrooms.
    • Maintain a clean and organised environment to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

    Operations And Maintenance

    • Set up and break down play areas or equipment as needed for special events or parties.
    • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as wiping down surfaces, picking up toys, and emptying trash cans.
    • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, or hand sanitiser.
    • Report any broken equipment or malfunctioning facilities to supervisors.
    • May collect payments at the entrance or concession stand (depending on the playground).

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Participate in games and activities with children in a way that is both fun and educational (depending on the specific playground).
    • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and operation standards.
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.

    Job Requirements

    Safety: This is the most important aspect of an indoor playground.
    • STRONG OBSERVATION SKILLS: Keeping an eye on children throughout the play area.
    • Someone who is able to supervise children and recognising potential hazards.

    Customer Service: Providing a positive experience for both children and their guardians.
    • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Able to interact with children, guardians and other staff.
    • POSITIVE AND ENERGETIC PERSONALITIY: Creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all.
    • PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING: Dealing with children of varying ages and needs.

    Operations: Keeping the indoor playground running smoothly requires these skills.
    • ABILITY TO FOLLOW SAFETY PROTOCOLS: Ensuring adherence to cleaning and maintenance procedures.
    • TEAMWORK: Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • LIGHT CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND SANITISATIONS: Keeping the play equipment sanitised and the area tidy.

    WORK HOUR: ABLE TO WORK DURNG WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
