Description

Job Description :
To direct, coordinate and implement the training methodology and development to meet the company's set standards. To make continuous improvement on operative & non-operative training methodology. Adopt effective Training Needs Analysis and deploy smart training measurement upon completion of training.

Ensure operative & non-operative trainings are planned and executed per established procedures to support existing operations and new business transfers.

To create the right environment and plan for continuous development & training for subordinates. Regular review of training procedures to ensure relevance and compliance to set standard. Keep management continually updated on the progress of training dept activities, accomplishments and key focuses. Supervise and manage the training team from various subsidiaries in meeting departmental key results and customer satisfactions. Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent academic background.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. At least 3 Year(s) of hands-on working experience in semiconductor environment and equipped with some technical knowledge. Required Skill(s): Technical Upskilling Program, Talent Management, Workforce Transformation & Leadership Development. Fair knowledge in Industry 4.0 & its training requirements. Strong leadership, independent and a team player. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Training & Development or equivalent. Full Time position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
