    We are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and acquire new retail service station land for development of Dealer Owned Service Stations (DOSS).
    • Lead and advise potential service station landowners and dealers on the requirements and specifications in building service stations.
    • Build and maintain a network of potential landowners, service station dealers and related government bodies.
    • Screen and assess landowners and potential service station dealers in terms of competency and financial capability.
    • Proactively coordinate with various business support groups and service station dealers to ensure service stations are ready for business.
    • Manage tight project timelines and ensure the Acquisition Team delivers on group stewarded KPIs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administrative, and other relevant disciplines with CGPA 3.00.
    • Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Strong communications, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company and external parties.
    • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
