    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Provide a full range of secretarial, clerical and administrative support to sales team.
    • Compile, collect and check documents according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
    • Process and track reports, legal work and etc
    • Record and monitor deadlines
    • Update status and tracking reports to immediate superior.
    • Collect and retrieve information from files as needed.
    • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy.
    • Process and distribute documents effectively.

    Job Requirements

    We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our sales managers and employees, assisting in and managing our companyâs sales administrative activities.
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level in any field.
    • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
    • No work experience required.
    • Required Skill(s): Computer skill, Communication skill.
