    Description

    Sales and Marketing Support/Executive

    Based: HQ - Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

    Type: Permanant Role

    Job Description:

    • Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
    • Work closely with the creative team to create various content but not limited to social media, website, ads, offline materials etc.
    • Respond to customers' inquiries and establish a good relationship with customers.
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, new launches, marketing communications, media buy strategy for non-digital and digital advertising, vendor management and liaison, handling purchasing matters, marketing events, preparations for award participation, and other marketing support activities. Prepare the meeting agenda, presentation and reports as instructed. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Prepare, archive, and organize all forms of documents and files including proposals, agreements and letters related to interdepartmental requirements. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping. Manages office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
    • Assist guests with inquiries, provide necessary information, or direct them to the appropriate person.
    • Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent after – sales support.
    • Assist pre & post event setups.
    • Assist in creating compelling marketing and promotional content.
    • Support sales personnels and customers for each order transaction.
    • Handle all the local sales administration and documentation.
    • Monitor client payment status.
    • Prepare Quotation, Pack Slip, Invoice, Delivery Order, Debit / Credit Note etc.
    • Handle logistic and distribution transactions including product sampling.
    • Promote, sell, and market company products and services.
    • Handle customers' needs and requirements during visitation and meeting.

    Requirement: -

    • Diploma / Degree qualification in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent field;
    • Minimum 1 years working experience (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply)
    • Must be computer literate. Required skill(s):(MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
    • Able to Speak / Write/ Understand Mandarin is a plus
