    Description

    Sales Manager (Marketing)

    Responsibilities

    • Help manage and train a team of moomoo offline sales representatives and drive user acquisition and retention through offline community events and roadshow activations.
    • Oversee all offline campaigns and be responsible for quarterly and yearly sales targets and business objectives.
    • Design effective incentive schemes and execute proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills.
    • Implement a comprehensive training program to ensure all sales team members are well-acquainted with moomoo's platform and product suite, marketing campaign mechanics, and compliance requirements.
    • Participate in the company's marketing campaigns, provide trustworthy feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed the company's sales goals.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of related working experience as a sales lead and managing a team of offline sales.
    • Familiarity with offline sales and customer engagement, with excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Results-oriented, self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with financial products and services, as well as FS compliance requirements.
    • Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
    • Experience in vendor resourcing (e.g., venues) is preferred.
