    Description
    Job responsibilities
    • To address all customer complaints / disputes in a timely manner by exploring ways to resolve the issues amicably, and to escalate the issues in a timely manner to higher management when required
    • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer service experience
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate key insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions
    • Provide customer with accurate and precise product & service information.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient operation by support frontliners when necessary
    • Collaborate with operations and marketing, to improve the overall customer experience.
    • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    Job Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
    • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, Service-oriented, and a problem solver with business acumen in mind
    • Able to communicate well with others when working in a team
    • Fast learning skill that able to pick up new products knowledge easily.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
