- Managing operating departmental budgets and costs
- Accountable for net sales/EBIT/headcount responsibility, where applicable
- Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
- Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
- Explore any opportunities of new products or product expansion; manage the contract renewal process
- Take necessary actions to resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints
- Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
- Act as front-line representative with the client management team to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating to senior management as appropriate
- Act as a representative to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams
- Manage and oversee teams delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and behaviors to achieve team/function goals
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and behaviors as part of continuous learning
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role and 2 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
