They are recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager who will take the lead in their new project ventures.

  • To manage the design development of respective projects in accordance to project brief and updated market trends
  • To collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure an accurate reflection of market demands within the product
  • To collaborate with Contract and Implementation team in value engineering and design enhancements
  • To lead the approval matters in regards to local authorities
  • To oversee the consultants during tender stage
  • To implement various project control activities to ensure compliance of the following - budget, time line, and standards of quality
  • To coordinate the approval and applications of strata plan and title
  • To assist in the handover of vacant possession, defects and it's rectifications about the manager / team
    Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. Management style of the manager is macro-management and believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit working under this manager.

    skills & experiences required
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ Construction Management or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years in property development with project experiences in high-rise residential or mixed development
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Good communication skills how to apply
