    • Ensure timely, accurate, and confidential handling of personnel matters
    • Keep personnel data and employment contracts up-to-date
    • Support Manager Human Capital and develop HR policies
    • Manage 'hire and fire' procedures and prepare reports
    • Handle questions relating to human resources and employment
    • Perform monthly payroll exercise and process correspondence
    • Manage personnel matters and benefits related to health insurance, EPF, etc.
    • Facilitate performance appraisal and conduct training programs
    • Coordinate company sports and recreational activities
    • Carry out other duties assigned by superiorRequirements
    • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
    • Preferably 10+ years of experience in HR job function
    • Knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and disciplinary procedures
    • Experience dealing with government agencies such as Ministry of Human Resource
    • Independent with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishKey Skills Needed
