    Description

    What's the job

    As Accounts Assistant, you'll be responsible that all revenues are recorded and reported on a daily basis and all control procedures are in place.

    Your day-to-day

    · Produces the daily revenue report accurately and timely

    · Audit and complete F&B Checks, Front Office guest room transaction against daily report

    · Prepare and posting F&B cover, revenue adjustment journal daily

    · Audit any redemption of coupons, certificates, and vouchers

    · Audit and prepare complimentary room listing

    · Works with General Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets

    · Ensure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures.

    · Controls all food and beverage sales by:

    a) Correct recording of guest checks on a timely basis

    b) Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager

    c) Perform Open Check Test and Menu Itemized Test to ensure F&B checks are all captured accurately

    What we need from you

    · Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field

    · Preferably 1 years' experience in an accounting clerical, or accounts receivable position, or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

    · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

    · Articulate – a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

    · Good writing skills

    · Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
