- Budgeting and Review: Assist in developing the annual budget input worksheet and participate in quarterly budget reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Management Reporting: Compile monthly management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
- Quarterly Consolidation: Facilitate the consolidation of management reports on a quarterly basis to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Intercompany Reconciliation: Reconcile intercompany balances to eliminate discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Subsidiary Support: Provide guidance and support to subsidiaries, helping them comply with financial reporting standards and best practices.
- Financial Reports Renewal: Manage the renewal of financial reports from subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate closely with auditors during interim and annual audit processes, providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate (ACCA) in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with an advantage if you have prior Group Consolidations experience.
- Proficient knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
- Strong teamwork skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with consolidation software and workflows is a plus.
