    Job Description
    _Experience with creating business process flows, application workflows and architectural diagrams. Understanding of infrastructure setups and managing deployments ranging with varying complexities_


    • Design, develop and maintain Service Cloud applications that meet the business requirements and follow the best practices.
    • Use Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce and other tools to create user interfaces, business logic and data models.
    • Implement Service Cloud features and functionality, such as case management, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, service console, entitlements and SLAs.
    • Integrate Service Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CTI, chatbots, email, social media and analytics, using REST APIs, web services and other methods.
    • Test, debug and troubleshoot Service Cloud applications and integrations, ensuring quality and performance.
    • A Service Cloud developer should be familiar with the Salesforce development tools, such as VS Code, SFDX, Git and DevOps.
    • Provide technical support and documentation for Service Cloud users and administrators.
    • Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
    Requirements


    • More than 10yrs of IT experience
    • With certification in Salesforce - not a mandatory
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and customising Salesforce applications, with a focus on Service Cloud.
    • Proficient in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.
    • Familiar with Salesforce development tools, such as VS Code, SFDX, Git and DevOps.
    • Knowledge of Service Cloud features and functionality, such as case management, knowledge base, omnichannel routing, service console, entitlements and SLAs.
    • Experience in integrating Service Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CTI, chatbots, email, social media and analytics.
    • Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Service Cloud Consultant is preferred.
    • Experience of integration with Enterprise applications such as SAP would be an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Hard Skills
    Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

    At least 1 Salesforce certification from the following list:


    • Salesforce Developer I
    • Salesforce Developer II
    • Salesforce App Builder
    • Service Cloud Consultant
    Salesforce platform

    CRM
    Lightning Web Components
    Apex
    Visualforce
    SOQL and SOSL
