    Job Description


    BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

    • Allocation of crew flight and ground training activities in a compliant fashion on published roster.
    • Liaison with training service and facility providers to secure necessary slots in an optimum fashion on day to day basis.
    • Adequate and even distribution of the resources to ensure uniform balancing.
    • Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategizing to address post publication.
    • Conform to individual crew qualification requirements and control of crew profiles within AIMS.
    • Ensure transparent management of crew resource and rosters post publication.

    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Work within a team responsible for the crew training disruption.
    • Allocate training resources and activities in line and within OM-D requirements on a daily basis
    to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to cover the operations.

    • Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the business.
    • Secure and manage bookings of internal and external training resources including manpower, facilities, simulators, etc. considering daily operations.
    • Ensure crew remain qualified without loss of productivity through any form of qualification on conformity.
    • Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where necessary.
    • Ensure the plan released by the training planning team is executed by mitigating all the disruptions encountered on day to day basis.

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
    A minimum of 1 year of experience in the aviation industry :
    a) Familiarity with AIMS software will be an advantage
    b) Experience in the operations department will be an advantage
    c) Knowledge of Crew flight and duty time limitations is preferable

    • Proficient in the English language (written and oral)
    • High school education cleared or higher (High level of Math's proficiency preferred)
    • Good knowledge of Google suites (Google Sheets especially).
    • Must be willing to work in shifts
    • Positive attitude with a team spirit is important
