    Job Responsibility

    We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Sales Associate to join us at our first Stellar outlet in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia.

    Your role includes managing the daily operations of a retail store and is not limited to:

    • Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
    • Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
    • Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
    • Attend to sales enquiries on Company products and services
    • Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback
    • Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
    • Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
    • Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with Management
    • Other duties assigned by Store Managers/ Store Leaders

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates must possess a minimum of SPM qualification
    • Min. 2 years of retail sales experience
    • Willing to learn ear piercing, have good initiative and can work independently
    • Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays
