    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at UCSI Hotel Kuching. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing management
    • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competition
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Relevant certifications in sales and marketing are a plus
