    Job Description

    • Spearhead strategic discussions with Senior Management and develop the affiliate marketing business to support company objectives in the region.
    • Responsible for the success of the affiliate marketing business and own the revenue and growth targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product enhancements & marketing campaigns to achieve commercial targets
    • Employ a data-driven approach to gain business insights and make informed decisions to drive business growth
    • Keep abreast of market trends and conduct market analysis to seize new partnership opportunities to scale the business.

    Business Development

    • Identify, pitch and acquire new affiliate partners to drive Atome's affiliate programmes across various verticals.
    • Analyse and identify new business opportunities from partners to enhance value proposition for Atome's affiliate marketing programme
    • Lead end-to-end partnership launches with internal & external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

    Account Management

    • Build strong relationships with partners to understand their business needs to drive affiliate marketing objectives on a regional level
    • Develop quarterly business plans and work with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve revenue and growth targets
    • Own partnership success through consistent engagement with partners to develop win-win solutions.

    Marketing & Operations

    • Ideate and execute marketing campaigns to drive affiliate revenue in the respective markets
    • Handle operations for affiliate marketing across all internal systems and marketing channels
    • Work closely with Product team to handle product enhancement requests to strengthen value proposition to users.
    • Prepare campaign reports and update internal performance metrics to track monthly performance against commercial targets.

    Requirements

    • At least 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing in the region, with proven track record of achieving business objectives and commercial targets across markets.
    • Ability to influence decision makers and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experienced in utilising a data-driven approach to provide direction to the team to achieve commercial targets.
    • Possess a strong network of partners within the affiliate marketing industry to clinch partnerships that drive business outcomes.
    • Ability to adapt to competing priorities, manage deadlines and work under a fast-paced environment.
    • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy coming up with creative solutions to resolve issues and achieve business goals.
    • Prior experience in the setting up an affiliate marketing programme within the fin-tech space will be advantageous.
