    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish & execute sales goals and plan to support the achievement of company business objectives and company market share ambition.
    • Drive and achieve the monthly sales targets including developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts based upon current market and customer trend.
    • Roll out sales actions that best address customer needs and adhere to the internal processes (e.g., forecast, stock planning, delivery performance etc.).
    • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
    • Key accounts analysis and monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
    • Ensure adherence to all Company's principles and policies.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering studies
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales / key account management.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Key Account Executive role.
    • Proven experience as Key Account Manager.
    • Strong knowledge in sales planning & process, use of analytics and plan to drive growth and development.
    • Experience in working with team of diverse knowledge / experience within manufacturing industry
    • Experience within the steel industry/building industry to enable strong product and application knowledge will be a plus
