    Description

    Job Description:

    • Monitor the merchant investment and identify the better opportunity
    • Monitor the Merchant dashboard to identify function/product gaps and initiate transformational projects/initiatives
    • Design and coordinate business expansion efforts
    • Be involved in end-to-end projects - from concept, and design to planning
    • Act as a point of contact as well as communicating strategies and objectives between departments within the organization to drive project success.
    • Analyze proprietary data to generate insights into merchant behaviour
    • Communicate and present findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders in a structured manner
    • Manage reporting and performance monitoring

    Requirements:

    • Strong academics from top-tier institutions with a Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree (preferably an MBA) in a relevant field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data-backed analysis in a structured manner.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Driven and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
