    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome customers.

    Provide relevant and reliable information to customers on the hospital services, features and other amenities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Learn services offered by PCMC and build relationship with key personnel in order to revert to customers queries efficiently and effectively.

    Provide all aspect of administrative services to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Assist in coordination of customers' special request. QUALIFICATION SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Good verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
