    Description

    What you will do:

    Oversee a group of Operations team that are managing order fulfilments, PO Management, Logistics/Transportations Management, Inventory Management and Quality/Reverse logistics Operations.

    The appointment holder is the point person on developing, implementing and maintaining seamless product movement and order fulfilment in primarily Asia region and/or between regions.

    How you will do it:

  • Be responsible for providing strong supply chain and operational management in the areas of Order Fulfilment, PO Management, Logistics/Transportation arrangement, Freight Invoice/Audit Management, and Trade/Custom Compliance related.
  • As a member of the management team the role will also be responsible for driving and executing business goal - ensuring sales/inventory targets are met every month
  • Manage a robust organization of Operations team members that work directly with Inter-companies/3rd party supply chain counterparts assuring continuous supply of products.
  • Oversees third party logistics providers performances including contract and communication for transportation and distributions in the region.
  • Ensure freight forwarders and all the Inter-companies invoices audited and reconciled every month
  • Ensure cycle count/proper inventory management policies are established and followed
  • Develop continuous improvements on both business and system processes to drive work efficiency and productivity of the Operations Team
  • Maintain regular communications with internal customers/ vendors to ensure close collaborations among the teams
  • Defines and inter-companies responsible for the oversight of key performance indicators for series of supply chain related activities (On-Time Delivery, Carrier Performance, Inventory Accuracy, Customer Complains, Quality KPIs)
  • Any other supply chain related reports and reporting requirements as per company and compliance policies
  • Any other supply chain related task/assignments from the Management as required

    • What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain related fields
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Customer Service, Distribution, Logistics/Transportation, Warehouse, or general supply chain areas
  • APICS certification or demonstrated hands on equivalent would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain best practices,,
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and processes (SAP preferred) is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of an additional languages would be added advantage.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise.
  • Good problems solving skills.
  • Good communications skills to coordinate issues internally and brief management.
  • Proactive, conscientious, and able to drive projects to successful and timely completion.
  • Fluency in MS Office suite of products,
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under time/workload pressure
