- Managing and supporting assigned accounts to achieve sales, profitability, inventory, accounts receivable targets, negotiation for contract renewal.
- Build and maintain close working relationship with the assigned accounts to understand operations and business needs.
- Create an account plan for each key-account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.
- Create and implement action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
- Deliver and monitoring customer's annual business plans and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Manage the Sales & Operations process, forecast accuracy, price and order management.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to land marketing campaigns and initiate monthly promotions to enable target achievement.
- Diploma and above tertiary education qualification.
- Possess 4 - 7 years of Key Account Management/ Sales experience in the Consumer Products or related industry.
- Experience in managing retailers, distributors and dealers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical skills with an ability to be detailed and strategic.
- Independent with the ability to build strategic partnerships with customers across all levels.
