- Implement and enforce security protocols, data protection measures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements set by governing bodies such as Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate and optimize banking solutions to meet the organization's operational needs.
- Possess knowledge and experience with Visa and MasterCard payment systems.
- Ensure the integration of payment systems aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address technical challenges and issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance
- Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to achieve project objectives.
- Strong experience in IT Governance and Audit from Planning and execution to coordination and tracking of remediation efforts across functional teams.
- Experienced working with regulatory bodies like BNM as well as external auditors
- Good in multitasking and ability to resolving conflict and challenges from customer and merchants
- Ability to follow process and collaborate effectively to work in a team
- Excellent written and communication skills in native and English language
- Familiar with standards and frameworks such as BNM, RMiT, MAS TRM, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL
- Well organized, with high attention to detail
