    Description

    Job Description:

    As the Human Resource Executive â Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, overseeing HR operations, and implementing various initiatives to support the company's talent management strategy across Malaysia and regional offices. You will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize recruitment platforms and collaborate with educational institutions and industry bodies in Malaysia and regional offices to source and attract qualified candidates.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
    • Monitor the confirmation process for new hires and facilitate the onboarding process.
    • Manage staff resignation process, including conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
    • Update employee profiles in the HR System and maintain the master file for accurate record-keeping.
    • Monitor new employee checklists and ensure completion of required tasks.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR-related information and prepare confidential letters as needed.
    • Maintain and update employee personal files, including job descriptions (JD) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Compile job descriptions and KPI summaries for various roles within the organization.
    • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, and employee turnover for management review.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience 2-3 years in talent acquisition and HR operations.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
