    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Day to day administrative and HR operation support
    • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
    • Check on monthly staff expenses claim and petty cash reimbursement claim
    • Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, quotations, invoices and documents.
    • Manage office inventory, update, and maintain records
    • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
    • Help in payroll management, preparation and Reports
    • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
    • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
    • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
    • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
    • Provide secretarial support to management when necessary
    • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Previous working experience as an administrative and HR assistant is added advantage.
    • Read and Communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage as our clients are majority in Mandarin dialect locally and from oversea.
    • Excellent command of Excel, Word, PPT and PDF
    • Able to perform multi-task and possess problem solving skills
    • Able to work independently, positive attitude, enthusiasm in work.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Willing to learn new things.
