- Handle full set of accounts (GL / AP / AR / Bank / Petty Cash / Stock etc)
- Preparation of monthly operating results, financial and management reports.
- Preparation of monthly bank, stock, creditors and debtors reconciliation.
- Handle costing and pricing functions and cross check against quotation and invoices.
- Handle import duty and GST monthly submission and drawback etc.
- Preparation of audit and tax schedule for year end audit and tax submission.
- Assist in all the day to day office admin, management and operational matters
- LCCI or equivalent will be advantage;
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Good communication, integration and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge and working experience in using MS Office, UBS Accounting and Inventory software.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Primary job roles of Financial accounting & reporting and secondary roles will be Basic Accounting / Bookeeping and Accounts Executive.
