    Our client is a publicly listed property developer based in Kuala Lumpur.

    about the job

    • Preparation of annual budget, forecast and business plan for the group.
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts for semi-active and dormant companies including drafting of audited accounts and tax computations.
    • Preparing variance analysis reports comparing the actual vs. budgeted results.
    • Preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and cash flow statements.
    • Preparation of monthly management report for review.
    • Perform reconciliation of inter-company balances.
    • Review of general ledger listing for transactions to be back charged and issuance of monthly tax invoices.
    • Assist in the compilation of documents, liaising with bankers and lawyers in financing arrangements for the group.
    • Assist in monitoring and coordinating the Group's yearly audit.

    Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working closely with the team.

    skills & experience required

    • Degree in Accounting. ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
    • Local Malaysian with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a Property Development/Construction company or external audit.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
