    Position Description: Human Resources Manager/Director

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager/Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of local labor laws and regulations, including labor laws, taxation, and foreign employee visas. They should have extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, as well as experience in corporate culture building, incentive strategies, and optimizing team efficiency through collaboration with management. A strong understanding of employment and labor relations law is required, along with familiarity with national, regional, and corporate legal regulations, policies regarding contract management, compensation systems, employment mechanisms, insurance benefits, etc. Prior experience in international advertising agencies is preferred.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and requirements for foreign employee visas.
    • Talent Recruitment: Develop and maintain a strong talent pool, conduct effective talent acquisition processes, and oversee recruitment activities.
    • Corporate Culture Building: Integrate group and local cultures to create a positive, enjoyable, and efficient work environment.
    • Efficiency Optimization: Collaborate with management to maintain team efficiency and support the company's rapid growth.
    • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Training and Development: Design and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligned with organizational goals.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefit plans and ensure compliance, ensuring the company's competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
    • Rich Human Resources: Familiar with the media and advertising industry, capable of quickly bringing innovative human resources to the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • In-depth understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and requirements for foreign employee visas.
    • Extensive experience in talent recruitment and selection, with a strong track record in building successful teams.
    • Experience in corporate culture building, incentive strategies, and team efficiency optimization.
    • Prior experience in international advertising agencies is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and personnel management skills, confident, pleasant, and firm, able to collaborate with various levels including management.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin.
