    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To make outbound calls to existing customers of Senheng in order to sell services and CE products
    • To ensure accurate Data Entry of customers
    • To learn all product knowledge of Senheng and strive to continually improve performance on a daily basis
    • To meet and strive to exceed the sales target daily
    • Represent the Company, its products and services in a professional and effective manner, ensuring integrity in everyday work
    • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of and interest in products and service from customers
    • Meet the project's performance standard
    • Contract length: 6 months

    REQUIREMENT

    • Diploma, degree in business relevant or other equivalent fields.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer orientation and ability to respond/ adapt to different types of customers' characters.
    • Familiar with basic Computer Knowledge.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Strong verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Willing to work at HQ Pandan Jaya, Cheras
    • Willing to work from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
