    Job Description:

    • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
    • Provide general support to visitors and clients.
    • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
    • High school diploma or equivalent additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
