    Description
    :


    • Requirements Gathering
    :

    o Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, data engineers, and IT teams, to understand
    and document business requirements related to SCV development.
    o Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for the SCV project.


    • Data Analysis
    :

    o Analyze existing data sources and identify data quality issues or gaps that may impact the SCV project.
    o Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


    • SCV Strategy
    :

    o Contribute to the development of the SCV strategy, defining data integration and transformation
    processes to create a unified view of customer data.
    o Assist in designing data models and architecture for the SCV solution.


    • Compliance and Security
    :

    o Ensure that all data-related activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards and security
    protocols, especially within the financial industry.
    o Collaborate with compliance and security teams to implement data governance measures.


    • Project Management
    :

    o Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deadlines.
    o Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.


    • Documentation
    :

    o Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and deliverables.
    o Create user manuals and training materials for endusers of the SCV solution.


    • Testing and Quality Assurance
    :

    o Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and validate the functionality and accuracy
    of the SCV solution.


    • Continuous Improvement
    :

    o Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the SCV development lifecycle.
    o Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.

    Key Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, with a focus on data projects.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
