Randstad is collaborating with a global food supplier with over 60 years of operations. They have expanded their business globally with strong partnerships all over the world. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, they have grown to be one of the largest food processors in Malaysia.

You will be reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager and this role will be based in Penang, Malaysia.

Job Description:

You will need to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the Food Service/HORECA segment

Identify and prioritize potential customers within Penang, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, caterers, and other food service establishments

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts, leveraging existing networks and proactively seeking out new contracts.

Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and use insights to develop tailored sales strategies.Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the FMCG industry, candidates with food manufacturing experiences is an added advantage

Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth
