    Description
    Project Marketing:

    • Create and carry out marketing strategies for various real estate projects, such as mixed-use, residential, and commercial buildings. Create excellent marketing materials, such as presentations, buntings, signboards, EDMs, and social media posts, to clearly highlight the special qualities and advantages of the real estate development.
    • Oversee the creation of print materials, including banners, posters, brochures, and signs, to assist in the selling of real estate.
    • Arrange exhibits, open houses, and property launch parties to bring the companys initiatives to a larger audience.
    • Arrange for the events decoration, advertising, and transportation.
    • To determine target markets, evaluate rivals, and comprehend market trends and wants, do market research.
    • Work together with outside vendors, designers, and marketing agencies to efficiently carry out marketing campaigns and projects.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the companys social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and email.
    • Create a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, answering questions, and posting pertinent material.
    • Create and put into action digital marketing plans to target potential customers, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Produce leads using a range of campaigns and marketing platforms.
    • Take care of leads by responding to questions, offering details, and assisting prospective customers with the sales process.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance indicators to assess the success of campaigns, and report to management on a regular basis.
    • CRM: Keep track of leads, manage customer database, and guarantee efficient follow-up and contact with prospective customers.

    Budget Management:

    • Help oversee the marketing budget for every project, making sure that funds are used wisely.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
    • Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva; Adobe Illustrator skills would be an additional advantage.
    • Candidate must possess own transportation& willing to travel.
    • Exposure or working experience in the property industry would be an added advantage.
