    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Research advertising trends.
    • Research competitorsâ pricing and products.
    • Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
    • Determine what content will reach customers.
    • Develop projects to create content.
    • Publish digital marketing content online.
    • Implement email marketing campaigns.
    • Measure digital traffic (monitor online customer sales and service).
    • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
    • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
    • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
    • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor project status and budget.
    • Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
    • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
    • Develop and execute marketing activities across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, web management, email marketing, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research and develop content strategies to enhance the customer journey and amplify SEO.
    • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
    • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing activities and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase teams effectiveness against marketing goals.
    • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
    • Keep abreast of trends, changes, opportunities and innovations in SEO and performance marketing and adjusting strategies accordingly.
    • Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.
    • Collaborates with internal teams to build product roadmap for the digital channels.
    • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Manage all aspects of virtual event or webinar execution.
    • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements

    • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other dialects will be an added advantage.
    • At least 1 year of Experienced / Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
    • Certification/ Diploma/Degree/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Media/ Advertising or related fields will be an advantage.
    • Avid social media geek: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
    • Experienced in Email Marketing/ Facebook Ads Manager/ Google Ads / SEO / SEM will be an advantage.
    • Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
    • Creative, can-do attitude, energetic and enthusiastic. Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Digital literacy and well versed in Microsoft Office, Adobe software or any other online sales platforms.
    • Business Savvy.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Candidates with Google AdWords certification is highly desirable
    • Research Ability.
    • Composition of Sales Products.
    • Able to start as soon as possible.
