    Description
    1. Provide expert guidance and support on statutory compliance matters2. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislations (Labour Law, Tax Regulations, Social Security Act, etc.) and communicate the impact on payroll practices3. Maintain and update work documents through digital platform to ensure data integrity
    and accessibility4. Conduct trainings and assessments for internal teams to enhance the understanding of statutory compliance requirements.5. Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance issues and mitigate risks6. Participate in compliance audits to identify and rectify compliance issues

    Skill
    • Knolwedge of laws and regulations in Payroll / Income Tax / Labour LawÂ
    • Familarity with payroll system platforms
    • Fast learner, adaptable and flexible to work loadÂ
    • Knowing Japanese or Thai will be an advantage
